Dr. Marco Aldrovandi spent his entire childhood growing up in Richmond Hill, Ontario with his close-knit community of friends and family. Following high school, he accepted an offer from the University of British Columbia in Vancouver. During this period, he would go on to be part of the University Rowing Team, spend a year studying in Italian at the University of Bologna (Italy) and discover his passion for the outdoors.
The year following university Dr. Marco spent taking care of his ailing grandparents who inspired his career change to Chiropractic. His passion for taking care of others led him to the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in Toronto where he spent four more years of education discovering how Chiropractic care could help guide the way to a healthier community.
Dr. Marco has taken additional education in Smart Tools Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue technique and nutrition. His approach to patient care is research based and aims to help individuals of all ages achieve their health goals in a proactive and progressive way. Originally from a small beach town in eastern Ontario, Dr. Kassandra began her undergraduate education at Queen’s University where she received her Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology with honours. She then went on to obtain her doctorate of chiropractic at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College and graduated with Suma Cum Laude distinction.
Dr. Kassandra is an evidence-based family chiropractor who enjoys treating patients of all ages from newborns to older adults. Dr. Kassandra is passionate about helping her patients feel and move better through conservative pain management, exercise rehabilitation, and injury prevention. She is committed to providing a safe and comfortable environment for her patients by incorporating patient-centered care.
Dr. Kassandra’s approach to chiropractic care includes a diversified technique incorporating manipulative therapy, mobilization, soft tissue therapy, exercise prescription, and patient education. Her main goal is to listen to her patients’concerns, find the root cause of their pain, and provide evidence-based care emphasizing pain prevention. Dr. Kassandra will work with you through active collaboration to develop an approach that best fits your specific needs. When Dr. Kassandra isn’t treating patients, she can be found spending time with her family, reading a book on the beach, or walking outside in the sunshine.
Dr. Felicia is a Naturopathic Doctor and Doula. She is a member in good standing of the College of Naturopaths of Ontario (CONO), the Ontario Association of Naturopathic Doctors (OAND), and the Canadian Association of Naturopathic Doctors (CAND). She obtained her Bachelor of Biomedical Science degree from Brock University, where she completed a double major in Biology and Health Sciences, as well as a double minor in Mathematics and Physics. She then went on to graduate from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine with her doctorate.
Throughout her undergraduate education, Felicia was an elite member of the MedPlus Program and during her naturopathic medical internship at the Robert Schad Naturopathic Clinic in Toronto, she was selected to be a part of the Sports Medicine Focus Shift. This opportunity allowed her to build her knowledge in the physical modalities that naturopathic medicine has to offer, including acupuncture, cupping, trigger point release techniques and topical botanical remedies. Felicia has a special interest in many areas of health, including women’s health, fertility, skin care, mental health, pain management and digestive concerns. She also has a key interest in Doula services and has attended several births to support mother, baby and family through this memorable experience. She prides herself on her individualized approach and understands that everyone is unique, which allows her to tailor her treatment plans to her patients’ personal requirements.
In her spare time, Felicia loves being with her Malshi puppy, Kalamata, or spending quality time with her family. Crocheting, puzzling, reading self-development books, exercising and cooking are a few of her favourite hobbies. She also enjoys spending time in nature and travelling to new places around the world. She is a fully self-taught musician and performer, playing vocals, guitar and piano. Overall, Dr. Felicia loves to exercise both her creative and scientific part of the brain, which allows her passions to shine through.
Branimir attended CCMH (Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy) and graduated from OCHT (Ontario College of Health and Technology). During his time there he worked with members of the general public, athletes, and palliative care patients constantly striving to help patients in their recovery. Branimir has also received training in Cupping and in Equine Massage Therapy during his years as an RMT. Now he is looking to provide great and effective care to the people of the Wasaga Beach area!
Genevieve is a Registered Acupuncturist (RA) and Osteopath (DOMP) with a clinical focus on reproductive health including period pain, fertility support, prenatal and postnatal wellness, endometriosis, PCOS, pelvic health, and hormonal health. Additionally, she is trained in oncology support and chronic pain management. She provides informed, gentle, and compassionate care for her patients.
Following Queen’s University (BA) and King’s College at the University of London (MA), Genevieve studied in Toronto at Eight Branches College of Eastern Medicine where she received her Diploma in Acupuncture & Moxibustion, and the London College of Osteopathy & Health Sciences.
Genevieve also holds a certification in CranioSacral Level 1 with the Upledger Institute and a certification in Mei Zen Cosmetic Acupuncture from Pacific Rim College. When not working Genevieve can be found spending time with her family, walking nearby trails with her dogs, or in a Reformer Pilates class.
From individuals and families to organizations and communities, social workers collaborate with their clients to address challenges through a process of assessment, diagnosis, treatment and evaluation. Some examples of conditions treated are post-traumatic stress disorder, anxiety, depression, affect disorders, and borderline personality disorder.
Christa has a Master’s degree in Social Work from Windsor University and a Bachelors degree in Social Work from Lakehead University in Thunder Bay. She is a registered Social Worker and Psychotherapist with the College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers with over 25 years of experience in supporting children, youth and their caregivers through trauma and mental health challenges. She has had the privilege to work with many families across York and Peel in community non-profit organizations before settling down in the Simcoe region. Her primary modality is in attachment and play-led therapy and is also certified/or trained in MST, Trauma-Focused CBT, SFT, Mindfulness, EMDR, Yoga Therapy and in different parenting and energetic modalities. She provides both in-person and virtual services in the Wasaga Beach, Collingwood and Barrie areas.
